At Coffee Craft Studio, we aim to deliver your coffee machines, grinders, and accessories as efficiently and reliably as possible. We work with a network of trusted UK and international suppliers to fulfil orders and ensure a wide selection of high-quality products.


2. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched directly from one of our fulfilment partners.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page, however these are estimated and subject to change.

Please note that some products may arrive separately if fulfilled by different suppliers.


4. Shipping Costs

Coffee Craft Studio offers free delivery.


5. Delivery Locations

We only deliver within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.


6. Tracking Your Order

  • Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Some suppliers may use different courier services, which can result in multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

We work with a range of reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific courier used will depend on the supplier fulfilling your order and your delivery location.


8. Delays and Exceptions

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • High demand or seasonal peaks
  • Supplier stock availability
  • Courier delays
  • Weather or logistical disruptions

We will always keep you informed if there are significant delays affecting your order.


9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave a calling card or attempt redelivery
  • You may be required to rearrange delivery directly with the courier
  • In some cases, the item may be returned to the supplier, and additional charges may apply for redelivery

10. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Coffee Craft Studio cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


11. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)

We will work with the relevant supplier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
